I guess it's never too late to show my gratitude. I've been working with Rainbow for over 6 years and I've decided to finally share a few things from my experience. I've seen many wonderful changes throughout the years and with these changes came more amazing caregivers and persons served. Rainbow is big on quality of care and ensuring that training is well received on our end so that services run smoothly. We are here for the purpose of serving those in need whether minor or great, and with that comes an immense need for constant communication. The relationships that have been formed over the years are heartwarming. Our CEO and office staff are active with putting together events throughout the year which helps in creating bonds. For three years, Rainbow has provided amazing service to our family. My adult granddaughter has autistic tendencies is nonverbal and incontinent. She is subject to disruptive outbursts and occasional seizures. The wonderful aide provided by Rainbow was able to manage these behaviors so that my granddaughter could participate in a full-time daycare program. For the few times that her aid was unable to be there, and equally capable substitute was provided. Rainbow services have far exceeded our expectations. Their benefits to our family have been priceless.

The experience could not have been better – and my daughter has multiple disabilities is not easy to care for! Without Teresita, my daughter could not have attended her daycare program.
