They excel in their knowledge of my physical ailments. Their expertise makes me feel confident. They also have great communication skills. SANTE Home Health Inc is the only home health agency I will ever use. They have exceeded all my expectations!.

Sante Home Health Inc., is a very good service. Nurse Lauren was fabulous. She came to our house and visited my 93 year old mother for two hours. Nurse Lauren was knowledgeable, efficient, thoughtful, informative, and caring. She has great communication skills and took time to help us understand the medical issues going on with my mom. Nurse Lauren looked at each medication prescribed, and explained in detail what each of them are for and when my mom should take them. We give Nurse Lauren from Saute Home Health Inc. five (5) bright stars in every catagory. Thank you.

Run! Please don’t waste your time! This is THE most disorganized, unprofessional home health we’ve ever been associated with. No communication with patients or contracted workers. After a visit, the nurse continued to stay on the property for almost an hour to just look around and do paperwork! I went to ask if everything was ok but she stuck around for 45 minutes on the porch. She said she was early for her next patient and didn’t want to sit in her car! Next visit nurse scheduled appointment and didn’t show. When I called the agency, he reported ME as a no show I guess to cover himself. This wasn’t an isolated incident because we stated from the beginning that we had other medical appointments that had to be attended but Sante health wouldn’t incorporate this into the schedule and again labeled it as a “No Show “ instead of trying to reschedule and accommodate our already existing schedule.
