I had an opportunity to avail the services from Caredwell for my special need child. The caregivers were very professional and compassionate. They had good communication, patience and were well-trained to meet my daughters needs. Our regular caregiver was sick and could not make it to work, so the agency quickly helped us with another caregiver. They knew I work full-time so missing work would not be possible for me. Unfortunately, we had to move from Gendale, CA to Miami, Florida a few months ago and could not continue with the agency. If you need help caring for a family member, I highly recommend Caredwell, as the staff is very dependable and trustworthy. Caredwell customer service is excellent, employees are dedicated and very knowledgeable. Truly a caring company.
