They also send homework exercises by email, which include videos and detailed instructions—a very convenient and helpful bonus that keeps you on track even outside the clinic. The place itself has a welcoming atmosphere, nice personnel, and scheduling appointments is always simple and flexible. Highly Recommend Health Physical Therapy! I had an excruciating pain in my rotator cuff this morning, and I was fortunate to stumble upon Health Physical Therapy while searching on Google. From the very first moment I called, I was impressed. I reached out right at 9 am when they opened, and to my surprise, they were able to fit me in within just 30 minutes. The staff at Health Physical Therapy genuinely care about their patients. The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the therapist who was going to treat me. He was incredibly professional, taking the time to assess my injury thoroughly—examining my shoulder, and pinpointing the root cause of the pain. What truly stood out was his immediate action plan to help reduce my pain and improve mobility. After just a few techniques, I noticed my pain decreasing significantly, and I regained some movement in my shoulder and arm. When I first walked in, I couldn’t even lift my arm or shake hands, but after my treatment, I was able to do both and even expressed my gratitude to the therapist. Beyond the session, they provided me with a helpful goodie bag containing stretchy bands so I can continue exercises at home. They also sent me a tailored routine to reinforce my recovery outside of visits. The facility is well-equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to handle a variety of injuries. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Health Physical Therapy. They truly care about their patients’ recovery and well-being, and I am grateful for their professionalism and expertise.

Doctor Ernest is very knowledgeable about every single area and what movements/exercises to give to improve your body mobility. Definitely an individual that cares for the patient and spends time explaining every single exercise. Additionally David (PT AID) Is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend HPT!!
