This place is a fraudulent business! Be careful! They appear to be professional at first but then they asked for me to email them all of my personal information, such as social security, etc. Hope they get shut down soon. Very scary!

Hated it, is right. I could write 5 paragraphs about the lack of professionalism, coordination, ineptness and complete lack of patient concern or sense of urgency when this place was "assigned to us" by our Insurance. CALL your insurance carrier and tell them to give you home health choices to pick from. YOU HAVE CHOICES. Bottom line, if you care about your loved one AT ALL, do NOT use this place. Feel free to respond to me for details, only if you have about 20 minutes to spare, which you probably don't because you are too stressed out about getting your loved one the care they deserve. Don't waste a single minute on this place. Signed, Thankful my husband didn't die waiting for home heath care services from this place p.s. Star who answers the phone at this place has very good customer service skills, but she unfortunately is lacking adequate knowledge due to inadequate management and guidance.
