It Takes them more then 7 days to get PICC line dressing changed. it’s ridiculous they argue and make excuses then say they are going to call you back and never do. It’s very unprofessional and complicated

In order to effect a healthy relationship, between member an Non medical staff, Both need to Listen to one another. My call to home health today to cancell a scheduled Rn visit was met w/Attitude, Rudeness and Abrupt Dismissal by male operator (Call center I think). He hung up on Me! Call lasted under 3 minutes. When I recalled to get his name, as he had Not given it in First call, the voicemail had been activated!! Incredibly Juvenile Not Professional. Gives Kaiser Poor Representation
