We have been a patient of Option One since Nov 2024. All of the staff have been kind, considerate of our needs, professional and very knowledgeable. They work with our doctors and have contacted the doctor if there were any concerns. The adminatrative staff have been very helpfull as well. We feel safe with this choice of home care.

We had a great experience with Option One. From the office staff to the therapists. Michael from PT was always kind and professional. He worked with my mom and was able to increase her strength so she could travel back home out of state. I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Option One Home Care. Every person whom I came in contact with from the initial set up to billing to the actual nurses and PT were top notch. Eliza and Jiju in the office were extremely helpful and were terrific with following up with me letting me know services had been approved and that the insurance had paid. Dan the physical therapist was very knowledgeable and made a big difference in my recovery. Uma was terrific too. The entire staff including office, billing, PT, and nurses were all excellent!

I have had physical and occupational therapy twice through Option One after 2 successive foot surgeries. Lori, Ron and Uma were all very professional, arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. Once I completed the number of visits that were approved by my insurance, I felt that I had made good progress and felt that I had a good exercise plan to follow moving forward on my own. So anyone looking for a Home Health Agency should try Option One. My experience with them was great!

We have used Option One Homecare on several occasions to help my mother, who is now 92 years old, to help recuperate at home after a stay in the hospital. Most recently, she has been recovering from a broken foot and I knew I could count on Option One to provide excellent support. They had a nurse and a physical therapist here the day after mom returned home to evaluate her for services. The nurse, physical therapist, and occupational therapist were then here to work with Mom on a regular basis. Mom really likes her nurse, Barbara, her physical therapists, Red and Cynthia, and her occupational therapist, Ron. She looks forward to their visits and responds well to their treatment. When I call the office I am glad that I always speak to either Nicole, Anna, or Gigi so they know me personally and are ready to answer any questions. It's very reassuring to know that everyone involved clearly understands our needs and concerns. I also want to mention that they have always done a great job with coordinating with Medicare. I've never had any worry that Mom might get some unexpected bill for a service that was not covered. I highly recommend Option One and I believe others will be equally pleased with their thoughtful and efficient service.
