I had a truly wonderful experience with Giddas. After my surgery, I was nervous about transitioning to home care, but they made the process worth writing a review about The nurse who cared for me over the six weeks felt more like a member of my family than a provider. She came regularly to administer my antibiotics and care for my foot wound. Communication with key with us. She would always call if there was a change in her schedule and I’ve always felt free to call the company if I have to choose an alternative time. I’ll never forget one night when my IV pump started beeping in the middle of the night. I called at 11 pm and the on call nurse was so kind over the phone Their care and responsiveness made a big difference in my recovery, and I would highly recommend! I’ve heard some home health horror stories and hopefully this helps somebody find a home!
