It can be stressful managing the remaining years of a parent. I tried multiple times to get in contact with representatives. I was promised return calls for no avail. Placed on hold and transferred where no one picks up. And when I call back my call is ignored. I would not put my parent in a care facility that ignores my calls. This is exactly that type of facility unfortunately.

My family is eternally grateful for Cedric, Dorian and the team at Concise Care Group. We were in need of safe housing for my mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and we needed help applying for ALWP. Cedric carefully listened to our situation and made an incredibly complex process understandable. He provided succinct guidance and even gave me words of validation when I was having trouble making decisions on behalf of my entire family. For my mother’s situation, the ALWP process took two months to complete, and she is able to stay at an assisted living facility we love as well as take advantage of all the services available to her there. Her husband 91 is also admitted with the help of concise care. They were admitted under ALW, Assisted Living Waiver, provided by the State. This wouldn’t have been possible without the knowledgeable, patience and professionalism of Concise Care. we are forever grateful.

I'm a repeat client. Channon has now helped me finding senior housing for 2 family members. Over 2 yrs ago she helped me with my 88 year old aunt. My aunt is still living happily in that care environment. Last month when my father in law needed to move into assisted living, I quickly called Channon again! She made this so much easier for us.
