I called to inform them the nurse that was coming to my house for home health was hours late and he called after I left two times in a row. I also let them know that the nurse was marking down an hour of being here at the house and he would be here on 20-40 minutes. I asked if there is someone else that would be on time and not lie saying I no-showed twice in a row. They decided to drop me because I had a complaint about the nurse and wanted a new one or get the nurse to be somewhat on time. This is all around horrible service and I would never use them again!

So far, it’s a great agency! Christina listens to you and answers all of your questions and concerns!!! The nurses, wow!!! No words can’t describe the great work the nurses Wilson and Ike have done. This place is horrible! Do not waste your time with this level of incompetence. They are incapable of providing the services they are hired to perform. If you are referred to them by your doctor DO NOT accept it. You will be sorry!
