I’m a full-time caregiver for two elderly clients, and the team at Healthways Home Health has been outstanding. Each person who visits brings something different to the table, and together they provide a level of care we’re truly grateful for. ⭐ Angela (nurse) Angela has been one of the nurses who visits my two elderly clients, and as their caregiver, I see firsthand how exceptional she is. She comes weekly and always communicates clearly, checks in thoroughly, and truly goes above and beyond. Angela is warm, patient, and extremely observant — she notices even the smallest changes and addresses concerns right away. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and makes sure we feel supported and informed. Her kindness really stands out; she treats her patients like family, not just a chart. ⭐ Nelson (nurse) Nelson is incredibly dependable and attentive. He communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on medically. He checks everything thoroughly and never rushes through visits. His calm, professional presence and genuine concern make a huge difference in the care of my clients. ⭐ Grace (nurse) Grace is caring, thorough, and very reassuring. She takes her time during every visit, explains what she’s doing, and checks in on even the smallest details. Her compassion and focus on comfort really stand out. She brings a calm, caring presence that we truly appreciate. ⭐ Mike (physical therapist) Mike has been a wonderful physical therapist — patient, clear, and always aware of the clients’ limits. He adjusts exercises based on how they’re doing that day and never pushes beyond what’s safe. His communication, professionalism, and encouragement have made PT much more manageable for both clients. As the caregiver who sees all the visits firsthand, I can say this team consistently brings skill, compassion, and genuine dedication. We are very grateful for the care they provide.
