Loved their in home nurse but they are a rip off. First they wouldn't deliver my meds without a $900.00 deposit. When the bill came they did not credit the deposit. It took 3 calls to get that straight. They charged an $800.00 service fee which I asked for a detailed breakdown of 6 times. I, was told supplies, delivery, warehousing, etc. but no breakdown,just $50.00 per day. I still get calls threatening to take me to collection. After 3 letters and 6 calls, I have yet to recieve a statement of all charges ,payments and a breakdown of the $800.00 charge. Just the threatening calls. I've told them I'm happy to pay with a complete breakdown.

I am so upset with Osos Specialty. They are charging more money than they should and saying it is a service fee and they are not delivering IV medications when they promised. I called 2 1/2 hrs after my medications were to be delivered and I have not heard from them. I spoke with the after hours answering service 2 times and they said that the after hours pharmacist is not returning their calls. It is now 10:30 at night and still no word on delivering time. I will be trying to change to a different pharmacy after the weekend.

Oso Infusion Pharmacy has helped me significantly with providing long-term antibiotics, potassium & magnesium infusions, and providing all of my PICC line supplies. Tina has always ensured my antibiotics have been delivered on time, has always been efficient in coordinating everything with me, and has always been proactive with ensuring my antibiotics are always on time without me ever having to ask. She always follows-up with me, has wonderful communication skills, and is always so compassionate. Joann has also been compassionate and assists me with ensuring any questions I had were directed and communicated with Ghazal, the pharmacist. Ghazal has also been compassionate, has explained any pharmaceutical questions I have had whenever I needed assistance, and has always been patient with me whenever I needed further clarification and reminders I have had regarding long-term antibiotics via my PICC Line. Oso Infusion Pharmacy has always ensured I never run out of required antibiotics, infusions, and PICC line supplies. They also have always accommodated deliveries based on my schedule, and works together to ensure I receive the appropriate medical care that I need. Oso Infusion Pharmacy has mastered the art of patient safety, extremely knowledgeable on very rare long-term antibiotics, and every team member is compassionate. Thank you Oso!

OSO Home Health Care has been incredible to me. The specific people who have worked with me and helped me have done more than I could ever express. I had the worst experience with Home Health before OSO, and I am deeply grateful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the start, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and it has truly changed the way I view home health services. STAFF Professionalism and Compassion: OSO Home Health Care is incredibly professional yet deeply compassionate. From the initial consultation with Ghazal, who was professional, kind, helpful, ful she explained everything to my family caretaker. She was so kind to us and caring in getting me into OSO. I am forever grateful to her, and I never want to leave for another company while I need what I receive right now. The horrific experiences I had with Home Health made me think there was no hope until the day we spoke to her and began receiving help from OSO. Every member has demonstrated a genuine commitment to improving the quality of my life. They have taken the time to listen to our concerns and built a personalized care plan that addresses all of my needs. There are specific people I need to name who have helped me. I have written down their names, other than the people I deal with most regularly. I am so thankful for each one. These are the names of the people I have had such an incredible experience with and so much help: GHAZAL, ERICA!!!!!!!!, ABREANA, JAMES, KATHERINE PRANALI!!!! ERICA- please give this woman a raise! I'm not even kidding. In the beginning, I was passed around to different people for help, especially when my caretaker was not with me. I could tell that I was making mistakes, and people were very patient, but it was getting frustrating for many. Then I was passed to Erica, and oh my goodness, she's amazing and beyond! She was and is so kind! I honestly could not say enough about how professional, compassionate, again so patient with my specific needs, kind, lovely, and just honestly incredible she is and has been. It is a pleasure and honestly a joy just speaking to her every month as we go over what I will be receiving. I think and I know that that is very rare in this type of industry. Especially with what I need, no one would look forward to speaking to the staff of something like this, but because of how badly I have been treated in the past, especially with Home Health, I again cannot say enough about how amazing OSO and Erica are. They have been exceptional for my home health needs, and I could go on and on. Again, Erica is an absolute blessing beyond blessings, and she has spent so much time helping me.I wish I had better words to convey what a blessing she is. The lack of professionalism and neglect my father has faced with this pharmacy is beyond words. We’ve had issues with them before regarding billing but this last issue was the pharmacy neglecting to inform me that my father’s hemoglobin level had dropped below 7 which I have told them before to either let me know right away or email me the bloodwork so I can see if they are too busy to tell me. Now I am on my way to the emergency room with my father who has stage 4 cancer/ painful everywhere due to bone metastasis to wait for a blood transfusion to which we could have done outpatient if we knew the results sooner. I called furious and the pharmacy manager Ghazal started laughing a little bit which is truly upsetting. I would recommend to go elsewhere if you can.
