I can't say enough about this company. My dad has been in and out of the hospitals for the past 8 months and after his initial discharge, we were assigned to a care provider based in L.A. by the care facility. They were always either late or miss the appointments and my Dad situation got worse under their care to a point that had to go back to the hospital. By chance and through a 3rd party, I was referred to this company. After switching to Unified Care, I could not believe the difference between the service they offered compared to the previous one. From day one, one of their Nurses, (Mrs. Manijeh) rightfully diagnosed (later verified by the doctor) that a back wound he had been treated for, was the wrong diagnosis for that wound. It took one visit from her versus 4 months under care of the other company's nurse. After that, the other nurses, Mrs. Mehry and specially Mrs. Mahin who has been attending to his post-surgery wound vacuum and is getting better every day. She even came on the Memorial day holiday, because she did not want to miss his routine change of his wound. This company and their staff are like angels That I needed to help me with my Dad's situation. I should also mention the administrator person, Mrs. Shohreh; who is always great and pleasant and arranges all the appointments without any hassle. Something I never experienced with the other company. If you are looking for a professional and reliable Home health services, don't waste your time by going anywhere else. This comes from my painful and long experience with other company.

UCP provided excellent care for my mother. Their nurses, physical therapists, and home health aides worked with compassion and due diligence until they were sure that my mother was better. If I had to, I would definitely use their services again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs their care.

I find them exceptionally professional and compassionate. I particularly have only wonderful things to say about Mrs Mahin Who has shown my mom pure kindness and exceptional care. I have used UCP for my aging mom and aunt over the past five years “on & off”. I have always had a good experience with almost every single person that i have encountered, the doctors, nurses and physical therapists all have been great. At this point I wanted to acknowledge Nurse Mahin Alihamediani who is an incredible nurse. I am a health care provider myself but by far she is the most caring, knowledgeable and passionate individual i have ever met. I have reached out to her on odd hours of the day, night or weekends in the state of panic to ask her something about the care of my mom and she has always answered me with such pleasant attitude. She always put my mind at ease and guided me on what to do next without hesitation. She is a very experienced nurse with incredible amount of knowledge. She always followed up on my concerens and contacted the doctor when she felt it was necessary. I remember a day that I drove to my mother’s house after work and I could see Nurse Mahin running to her car. Later I found out Nurse Mahin was running to get mom’s biologial sample to a lab before they closed so the doctor could have the results before the weekend. I absolutely love her as a person and as my mom’s nurse. Her patients are important to her and her level of professionalism & compassion is rare among healthcare providers. Nurse Mahin saved my aunt’s life at least two times with her incredible knowledge where she acted very quickly and vigilantly. She had a very complex medical history and Nurse Mahin was the perfect nurse to care for her before she passed away few months ago. Thank you Nurse Mahin for the work you do for all your patients every day. Best. J
