I’m giving them one star they are horrible communicators we had them come in for my mom. They don’t show up. Twice OT was supposed to come no call no text nothing. They just leave you hanging, which is the most horrible thing you can do.Do better than this

Nurse Kathy showed up 45 min late, was rude when I told her it would have been nice to get a call letting us know she would be late Ann's that we had other things scheduled to do. VNA called the primary care Dr, told them that I wouldn't return their calls. When we already had a Memorial Care very nice and prompt nurse AND physical therapist come out. VNA is a terrible
