I just want to say that I'm so happy with my nurses Sol and Lucy they are incredible and loving. They are like my daughters always taking care of me, I just love them! They are very attentive, also would like to say that Jennifer and Arlene at office are super sweet, kind and responsible with dealing with my doctors.Thank You so much International.

I have been with many Home Health agencies over the past four years and I will say confidently that international Home Health was very good BUT THEY MISSED DOSES OF MY MOMS ANTIBIOTICS and didnt check with doctor if we needed to make it up…. They have a problem communicating with their patients, apparently the person in the office by the name of Jennifer is super sensitive and becomes intimidated by certain personality types very easily. Perhaps this isn’t the job for her, talking to many different people in an environment of customer service, and care that she cannot provide or handle. Also, everything was going well when one day they told me that the CNA Was not able to accommodate us due to the fact that she was no longer in the area, Which turned out to be a total lie, For some reason, she just didn’t want to come to our home anymore. The truth would be appreciated and we’d like to know why. Being nice and hospitable will get you nowhere with the employees of this home health. As a matter of fact, I think our hospitality Was actually the reason why we were treated so badly and had we not been so friendly perhaps we would’ve been treated with more respect. The end of this story with this Home Health that we were with for approximately 10 months, was nurse LUCY, calling me and telling me that I should put my mom on hospice. After having discussed hospice at length with LUCY in the past I was shocked and appalled but later told by the owner that “ I made Lucy cry”. Excuse me? There is absolutely no concern for caregivers who are going through daily stresses and the psychological trauma of seeing your loved one in a disabled state, much less being told to put them on hospice as if they should die- so they blame what one of their nurses had said on me. Something nurse LUCY said was my fault? I made her cry! I must be a terrible terrible person. I think that this is a great home health in many ways BUT I would say don’t sign up with them because the dynamic with the personalities of the people that work for this company are strange and stressful

I live by myself in an upstairs apartment that requires 24 steps to navigate. After an emergency and seven difficult days in the hospital, I was very weak and was about to be released. I didn’t know how I was going to manage at home on my own. International Home Healthcare immediately dispatched a skilled nurse and a physical therapy specialist. They have been of tremendous help to me in my recovery.

We’ve been incredibly happy with the care from this company especially thanks to Nurse Lucy! Her cheerful, compassionate nature has made a huge difference—my grandpa lights up every time she visits, and he's been full of energy since starting of therapy. Truly top-notch care! We recommend this company if someone needs a regular home visit from a nurse. Thank you soo much!
