Jungook Devin Shin my provider, when I truly needed help for my health problems and asked if the state can help, he skewed me and tried to offer FMLA when this was not asked at all. Made me wait almost two weeks before granting my needs. This caused me to suffer. Even had the audacity to tell me that people keep committing fraud, and if he keeps signing those papers no one is going to want to work for Kaiser and that they are losing a lot of money. I’m very dissapointed.

Been on the same medication for 20+ years. New doctor SHAWN YOUNGTAE SUNU DO (my prior Dr retired).. - I came in specifically to obtain a refill of medication. Ended leaving extremely irritated by SHAWN YOUNGTAE SUNU DO and without my refill order. Kaiser needs to revisit how to better support patients. Visit not helpful. Doctor not helpful.

Dr.Quang made my experience really comfortable for me, I was really nervous before my appointment but he made instructions and understanding my eye heath very clear for me, which eased me of feeling uncomfortable. I suggest scheduling with him especially if you have anxiety surrounding doctor visits.

Today I had my annual blood tests done in the LAB. The wait short and I was greeted by a lab tech in reindeer antlers. YaJaira Contreras listened as I suggested which arm to use, turned the chair around to make that possible, and amazingly hit my vein on the first try with no pain, and didn't have to fish to find it. I told her she's the best "mosquito" I've had in a long time! She made a usually uncomfortable experience very pleasant.

I have lab work done today. I had no wait time to get checked in. I had a short wait time. I had one of the best lab techs take care of me. Ronald greeted me and was very polite, efficient, and friendly. He was one of the best lab techs I have ever had. I did not feel any pain as the needle was being inserted. When I have my next blood drawing I hope I get to have Ronald again.
