Two weeks since the referral and no call back. I've called about 5-7 times today, been switched to different departments, no one can find his referral, I left several messages with intake office (My Huang) and still no call back. I had to ask the doctors office to resend the referral again. Still waiting for a confirmation that the referral was received.

I was referred to PIH Home Health over a week ago. They haven’t gotten in touch with me yet. I have called them many times. I usually get sent to a voicemail box where I leave my name and number. NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK. Yesterday I spoke to someone who promised to find out what was happening and promised to call me back by the end of the day. No call ever came.

It saddens me to have to write anything negative however their communication is beyond horrible. They schedule patients last minute without advising the patient, they show up without appointments, or advising the family and patient. Several times we were told someone was coming and no one showed up. Ot gives you a window in which they will arrive and park in front of your house and wait till the last minute literally before knocking. Pt was beyond amazing and so was our nurse. If it was not for our wonderful nurse and pt I would have found another home health company to work With. But the ot and bath AIds were horrible. The supervisor is of no help neither. It’s So unfortunate because a lot of the patients are elderly and don’t have family to be their voice.
