I had radical resection on my right leg due to sarcoma last 8/21 in UCSD. Crown Home Health called me before I got discharged from the hospital. I came home with wound vac and high doses of pain killers. I was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews regarding home health services in general. And in all honesty, I have vast knowledge medically. Since it’s covered by my insurance anyway, I gave them a try. So far I met 2 professional nurses that are very knowledgeable on what they do. I understand that there are things in my condition that needed medical attention by these keen clinicians every now and then. Kudos to nurse Eric and his team. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my well being.

This is the WORST home health I ever tried to work with. They have the WORST customer service EVER! No one seems to work, no one calls back, ever and no one gives a damn, if I'm being honest here. My daughter was in a major car accident, and she has been without therapy for two weeks, developed contractures and these people don't give a damn if she lives or dies? Even the supervisor doesn't call or seem to work honest hours? DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! I have been in the industry for 25 years and this company is a joke. At this point I would be embarrassed to work for a place like this. They don't even deserve a 1 star, that was generous. Shame on you all!
