When I first needed home health care, I didn’t really know what to expect, but from the very beginning, they made me feel comfortable and cared for. Their team went above and beyond, and I especially appreciated the physical and occupational therapy care I received. My therapists were patient, encouraging, and really took the time to help me regain strength and confidence after my hospitalization. They made sure every visit was tailored to my needs and always explained what we were working on and why. Great company all across the board. From the nurses to the office staff, everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable. can’t say enough good things about the care my parents received after their surgeries. From the moment we were discharged, the team of nurses and the physical therapist were incredibly responsive. We got a call right away to coordinate the first visit, and they showed up on time—which is rare and so appreciated when you’re dealing with recovery and stress. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. We were never left guessing or wondering what the next step was. Every concern was addressed promptly, and they made sure to keep us in the loop with clear updates. But what really stood out was how quickly they were able to see my parents. It didn’t feel like we were just another case on a list—they treated my parents like a priority, with real compassion and professionalism. Thanks to their timely care and dedication, recovery felt a lot more manageable and supported. Highly recommend this team!

I had surgery on 2/21 today is 2/27 - no call, no schedule, no home PT . Called them and was on home for over 5 minutes. They found the referral but I told them to forget about it as I hired a private PT company so I could start 2/24 - I have already had 2 sessions and 3rd tomorrow. I am lucky to be able to have that option. I wonder if they would have ever called - health care sucks.
