Poor communication, unprofessional behavior by several clinicians and after three weeks no wheelchair or commode. Likely the worst part of using this agency is their lack of response after reporting several falls and medications were left unmanaged. As an eldercare professional of over 15 years, I would caution families in using this agency.

Nice people, but not very professional. when it came to the last day of antibiotics the nurse never showed up to remove the picc. I messaged and called her and I got nothing. I called the main offices the next day at 8:30AM and they thought that she came the day that the antibiotics were finished. they told me she would be at my house within the hour to remove the picc. It has been three hours and still no show, not even a message to see what time she would come. Again I called the main office and they said they would get in contact with the nurse and she would call me back.
