I had a traumatic fall end of April ‘25 , developed a large pressure point ( bedsore) from being immobile thus my dr suggested home health care and found Grace home health care, wound care nurses and Dr. I was reluctant but right away was comfortable with the compassionate competent care I received. All in involved were so nice and thorough especially my regular nurse Melissa. Of If I ever require more home care in my now old age of 76 I will request Grace. TY all

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff were not helpful. I asked for a supervisor and they were not nice and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Look for other options!!!

**1 Star - Poor Management Overshadows Dedicated Staff** I'm disappointed to say that Grace Home Healthcare lives up to none of what their name suggests. My experience was marred by extremely poor management, particularly with the supervisor who was cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion during a time when my family needed support most. The supervisor was not only unhelpful but created an uncomfortable atmosphere that was clearly felt by everyone. I noticed that the frontline healthcare workers seemed intimidated by her management style, yet despite this challenging work environment, they still did their best to provide care and assistance. It's unfortunate that dedicated staff members are undermined by such poor leadership. A healthcare organization should prioritize compassion and support, especially given the vulnerable populations they serve. Until there are significant changes in management, I cannot recommend Grace Home Healthcare to anyone seeking quality, compassionate care for their loved ones.
