Awful service! Lots of confusion and lack of response. Nurse doesn’t show up on time because she has no car. Linden Logan is the “administrator” I also believe she is the owner. Linden is the phlebotomist, IV Nurse, Nurse, wound care specialist and lab drop off. It reminds me of an old show called Green acres from the 1970s where the local shop owner just changed hats to to become the postman and the sheriff. Totally draconian and incredibly inept it seems like they just want to save a dollar here and a dollar there Without really caring about the patients. In Los Angeles, our geriatrician said there are over 2000 home health companies- I highly advise the reader to choose a different one, if you want good service. The person that answers the phone in the office is disgustingly slow, and also the person by the name of Chrisanne is a complete and total you know what, she is rude and condescending for their own ineptitude. You know it’s really something when a business like this is completely unorganized and when it’s brought to their attention by you, the consumer, then all of a sudden it becomes your fault and you are the one that’s bad for mentioning it. Ha!
