It's really unfortunate that I have to do this but if I could leave zero stars I would. This company is completely inept and poorly staffed. My father has been out of rehab for a month and they've only shown up to work with him maybe twice. They never gave us a schedule and show up at random times The worst being almost 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night when my dad was in the dining room. The PT expected my father to stop eating and have a 45-minute session with him. I've called repeatedly and given them many opportunities to staff up and provide me with a therapy schedule but as of today 30 days since my dad's been released I'm still waiting. I would caution anyone don't waste valuable time like I did use a different company!
