Pitiful company. CEO makes hundreds of millions of dollars a year by siphoning hospital systems that they acquire. Prime example of why for profit companies should never be allowed to buy health care facilities. They don’t care about patients, staff or anyone but themselves. They see that healthcare always has money to be maid and uses it to pay themselves instead of putting it back into the hospital and community. There were times our hospital couldn’t get specialty beds for bed bound patients, transport wouldn’t pick people up because contracts weren’t being paid, no supplies, etc. you have now left one of the most populated counties in PA without a trauma center. You left thousands of people without jobs in a now saturated market because there are only two other health systems in the county. I pray to God that prospect medical gets brought to an end… Before they devastate another area by closing the doors of critical hospitals

Prospect Medical Holdings' acquisition of the Crozer Health system — primarily serving Delaware County, PA — has been nothing short of a disaster. Since taking control, they have systematically shut down every hospital within the system, stripping an entire region of critical healthcare infrastructure. In a small county, fewer healthcare options mean greater pressure on the remaining providers, longer wait times, and life-threatening delays. This doesn't just endanger the most vulnerable — it actively harms entire communities. Alongside the closures, countless people have lost their jobs, and Prospect’s neglect of local tax obligations has pushed the financial burden onto the very residents the hospitals were meant to serve. This company is a case study in why for-profit entities should never be allowed to purchase and dismantle entire health systems. Their actions are not just irresponsible — they are unethical. The executives behind these decisions should be held accountable and should feel deep shame for the damage they’ve inflicted. Healthcare is a public trust, not a corporate asset to be gutted for gain.

If I could give you a 0 I would. You've killed Delco by closing all of crozier systems. We now have no viable hospital to go to in the area. People have lost their jobs, communities will be devastated because of your lack of compassion.

Called today 3/10/25 in hopes I could get in contact with one of the directors of the hospital as I have done business with him in the past, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and should not be working at a hospital! She just gave me a phone number and did not even let me ask a simple question. Very rude staff I would rather NOT do business with this Medical facility.
