Absolutely unreliable home health care agency. Physical Therapy is impossible to get consistently. All you get is extreme frustration and stress. The burden is left on the patient. For a patient who is eligible for 2 times a week. The most you get is 1x per week if that. Then this drawn out process takes place. You leave messages and all you get is the run around. Case Management is the worst! Then they hire a outside agency that nobody has heard of. Leaving the patient even more confused. I would seek treatment somewhere else. There is definitely a lot of office employees who aren't working .......if I could I would leave a zero....

My experience only 25% chance of receiving care required in a timely manner. Out of 3 care items needed over a week ago only 1 completed. Two weeks after being released finally beginning physical therapy. Only after over 10 phone calls and missed appointments.

This company was selected by my hospital, Cedars-Sinai, to provide me with Home Health Care after a small operation and I’ve been very happy with their services. The front-office staff/case managers such as Diana have been both helpful and very responsive. The nurses who have visited me, Sulki and Rhonda, have been top-notch, kind, polite, very professional and communicate very well. Overall, a 5-Star experience.

I had been referred to the Doctor's Choice Home Health Services from my aunt. I decided to try it out for my grandmother because I had recently tried another home health agency, and their service was horrible. I had no hope in finding a home health service that would work best for my family since I had already had bad experiences with another agency. I am so thankful I came across Doctor's Choice! They have provided great service for my family when we needed them the most. A nurse came to my house 3 times a week to look after and take care of my grandmother. She had been very timely and supportive towards my grandmother. They even set up physical therapy for my grandmother because she had back and leg pain. She seems to be in a better condition now and I am very happy that she is! Would definitely recommend their services.

I called this place for my grandfather and their service has been wonderful! 1)They had been so helpful on the phone with me, they helped get a nurse to take care of my grandfather 2) My grandfather was having surgery and they sent a nurse to his house right when he went home. The nurse was great, she would come specifically on the days and times we agreed upon. 3) The nurse would always check up on my grandfather, I had talked to my grandfather and he told me about how nice and helpful the nurse had been towards him. He was very happy with the results and service he got from here I am very happy I came upon this place! It was most definitely worth it. I most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home health services.
