Thrive Treatment was all it was made out to be and so much more! Thrive was and is so much more than a safe place that would help transform my life. Thrive is filled with an incredibly supportive staff, not too mention how insightful they all are. With group-therapy sessions, the one on one sessions, and thorough after-care plan, I was able to discover who I was and how to become who I wanted to be; recognizing my strengths and becoming aware of my shortcomings. Of course, the introspection done in the therapy groups were vital, but I was also given the opportunity to participate in fun activities like yoga classes, art therapy, barbecues, and even basketball at the park. I am filled with an overwhelming amount of gratitude towards Thrive and all of its staff for not only what they did for me, but what they helped me do for myself. I would highly recommend anyone looking for themselves, or for a loved one, to attend Thrive Treatment and experience the incredible transformation that takes place there. It was by far the best investment I could make — an investment in myself.

During my time at Thrive treatment I was able to learn a lot about myself not just as an alcoholic but as a person, who I really was. My therapist at thrive was amazing and helping me with my dual diagnosis issues, and I still use a lot of the skills she taught me to this day.
