Physical therapy and ot were awesome but the people working at the offices, And care coordinator are rude and un professional.

Thumbs down! ►The 1st interaction with STEPHANIE, the physical therapist was horrible! ►I simply asked if she had medical history for my elderly mother before she arrived so she would be properly prepared. ►STEPHANIE claimed she would call me back after checking with her agency. NEVER HEARD BACK! ►STEPHANIE delayed crucial physical therapy for an 87-year-old. patient by her actions! ►Contacting the agency, LUCY informs me they've not even opened a case. Shameful! ►Asking for a supervisor, Im transferred to CYNTHIA, the care cordinator, she responded with fraudulent statements made by STEPHANIE. ► IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY & REQUEST A DIFFERENT AGENCY! YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROPER MEDICAL CARE. You wont get it from Western states....after all, look at their rating!

Nurses seem to lack essential skills, difficult to book, incredibly rude manager named "Patricia" who seemed to feel she was entitled to schedule my visits according to her wishes rather than mine. I hope my insurance will find me someone else. The problem with caregivers in this area is it's always about their convenience rather than the patient's.

Empty promises. No continuity of care. We were contracted to this agency by the GLA Veterans Administration and somehow the Physical Therapy team failed us deeply. We had been approved 2 sessions for 5 weeks and in 27 days my father, a deconditioned Veteran was discharged home after 19 days in the hospital. We had only 3 therapy treatments all from different therapists and one Occupational Therapy treatment. If you need a female Spanish speaking therapist or have a patient with dementia, keep looking.
