After years of complaining about care and vowing never to be seen at JCF again, I found myself in the ER. I was treated with a caring welcome, an angel Nurse, named Rose, and a caring doctor with the best bedside manner I have ever encountered. Dr. Leight was kind, listened to my symptoms and we were on our way to wellness. Thank you RN Rose & Dr. Leight! I am feeling much better.

For broken bones and stitches...great place. Anything else..... It's hit and miss with Dr's quality of care. Do not go here, go to a functional ER. The nurses are great and some Drs are very competent...but I had one that Informed I was not having an allergic reaction. I'm now on steroids and water pills! Was retaining over 10lbs of fluids and looked like a marshmallow. So, it all depends on the Dr.

Doctors good , nurses good. Desk staff at the er is the reason for this low review. They totally refuse to give even an approximation of time frame. Not busy at the time I took a patient in but I understand in an er anything can happen. But they said a few times it shouldn't be long . A few that came in after us had already left. So I asked are we talking a half hour or two hours or 3 more? They flat out refuse to give any time estimation . This is a problem I have had repeatedly with them. I know what busy is and I know the doctors are doing their job but in this case today it was just a game. It has happened before. Another patient they were finished with just needed to hand her her discharge papers . I was there to pick up the patient. Waited 2 hours for her to be handed the slip of paper.
