I have had the Great honor to have worked with Freedom home health and hospice on the home health side. Pavan was our nurse for my mother as she had wound care needs. I have never met a more incredible nurse in my entire life. I truly can’t say enough she was always available to me. The response time was incredible. My mother loved her and she helped us in so many other areas 100% recommend. On the Hospice side, we have Danielle currently working with my mother-in-law. She has been incredible down to earth. Wonderful I can’t say enough about freedom. They have been the best experience.

I want to let all those individuals that are in management to know how wonderful and caring Ruth was to my Dad. Not only did the establishment respond quickly to the need for hospice care, but from the time our Doctor submitted the request to when they contacted me was only 2 hours and Ruth was at my parents house that night administering medication and speaking to me, my siblings and my Mom that night. Ruth tirelessly excepted phone calls at all hours and took time to explain lovely the process my Dad was going through. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, compassion and love she displayed to my Dad and Mom but also to my sisters and I. Once my Dad passed she and Ansley came and prepared his body with such care and concern and waited with us until the funeral home arrived. I am so thankful that she was appointed to us. We will be forever grateful.

My mother tests every morning for her blood glucose level. The nurse who was coming to the house told us she needs to be seen by her doctor because her numbers were too low and she needs to be testing 2x a day. She also told us to call the pharmacy to get more testing strips. We took my mom into her doctor with a record of her daily numbers and mentioned how the nurse said the numbers were too low and we would need more testing strips. The doctor was shocked and said that her numbers are in the healthy range and there is no concern there. Also when I explained to the nurse that my mom is tired more than usual, she said it's because she is old. I seriously felt like she had zero experience.

The entire staff was the greatest. I could not believe the care and love they showed for my 98 year old mom. Cameron and Hailey were so compassionate made our hard situation so much easier. They were always just a call away and extremely supportive and helpful. My mom wanted to pass at home and they made it possible with dignity and respect. I will never forget what they did for her. I and my family can’t express our gratitude enough.
