I am a caregiver and had an unpleasant experience with CareBridge Health's customer service. While at a client's house this morning, a representative from CareBridge Health called to ask for a service rating. Unfortunately, the representative was extremely rude, interrupted my client while he was speaking, and abruptly ended the call by stating they would remove him as a member without allowing him to finish his response. This experience was disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope CareBridge Health addresses this issue promptly.

CareBridge Home Health changed my life ! My doctor chose the home health for me when i was hospitalized with Covid + pneumonia. He promised that i would be in great hands, and i was. When i asked for a home health my dr said most of the patients choose here because they provide excellent care and professional services. I been a patient for few months and followed every education provided from the nurse Jasmine and the physical therapist Gay Lin. The home health aid provided excellent assistance with my daily activities. Thank you for all that you do. God bless you.

Thank you Carebridge home health for being very organized and attentive. Quality is what every family wants when we look for a home health. I believe that we have found the best. My mom has had some experience with home health care services over the years and CareBridge has provided us with the best service, attention and care. My mom is not very tech savvy so I generally communicate with the nurses via text. I believe Mary is our account manager and Brenda is our account head nurse. Both are extremely attentive and prompt. I text them status updates/changes in my mom's health to keep them in the loop regarding my mom's condition. They are always very prompt with their responses and on many occasions, have even help with scheduling/following up with doctors. If your loved one needs assistance at home, I highly recommend CareBridge Home Health.

Very professional nurses and so informative about the care they give. Long story short both of my parents are extremely happy after every visit they feel like 30 yr younger.
