I need caregivers 24/7 for my husband, who has been totally handicapped since late 2009. The people of Total Care Services agency has been reliable, flexible and been compassionate. The caregivers they have provided for my husband have all been conscientious, dependable and capable. They not only accept the responsibility of complete care for my husband, but they stay alert for ways to help me. I have not had to make any changes in staff since the agency was first engaged.

I can't say enough good things about Evita and her company! Our caregiver, Amy, helped take care my father at home so he could pass away and be surrounded by family and familiar things. Amy became part of the family and was so compassionate and dedicated. She knew exactly what and how to do things when situations arose. She was flexible with our schedule and always respected our wishes whether it concerned how to assist him or which medications we wanted to administer. My father was not the easiest person to please but Amy had a certain way with him, made him smile and he trusted her to take care of him. Hugely important when someone is coming into your home. On a business note, Evita was responsive, kind and caring. She made everything simple and workable for our family - not a ton of paperwork which is the last thing you want to deal with when caring for your loved one. Most matters were handled by email and phone. I dealt with Evita and the caregiver directly as opposed to calling some office that takes messages and gets back to you the next day. I highly, highly recommend Total Care Services for home care!
