I followed Lori Doyle here, staff has always been very nice, everytime I have called about a prescription issue, they either fixed it by calling it in ,have a nurse call me back or they just fix the issue. Very pleased here.

Edit a month later: I went to my last appt described below for refills on 2 specific meds that I need to be refilled every month, she only put in for 1 month instead of the 6 months-a year of refills. Which means now I have to go to urgent care within the next 3 days or I will be suffering greatly! Do not go here! I tried... I really did, but this is absurd. The wait times are ridiculous. Today I got back in a room fairly quickly, where I then proceeded to sit for an hour listening to my doctor on the other side of the wall talking about a vacation trip... I'm waiting to see her and she's having a gab fest next door. Every appt is the same, I'm rushed, the Dr is typing and staring at the screen the whole time, and everything is dismissed as "normal" even tho it's not. Today took the cake tho, I told them last time I will NOT fill out the depression questions again. Doctor said it was fine. Today the nurse tries to get me to, I told her no, she tried to insist, we went back & forth, she tried to argue it was a new test, I told her I've taken it enough times and told her my score and told her more firmly I'm NOT taking it! She finally left. After my appt, after telling the Dr I had my colonoscopy 2 yrs ago the nurse comes in asking where I had it done & if "this" was the Dr that did it. It was & apparently his office shut down, but also the surgery center I had my procedure at shut down. So she went out, and then the depression questions nurse came back, flippantly said "you didn't have a colonoscopy done you had a abedefg so that's why we couldn't find it" and when I said excuse me because I had no clue what she said she was visible annoyed and said I hadn't had a colonoscopy and something that implied I didn't know what I was talking about as she turned to walk and close the door! I was so angry I snapped at her "no, you will explain, what are you talking about? What did you say I had done? Because I know I had a colonoscopy" (because she's acting like I'm stupid) she was not happy & rudely said she didn't know what it was!!! Omfg if you don't even know what it was why the heck are you informing I didn't have my procedure done and acting like I'm stupid while doing so?! EGD was the procedure, it was half the procedure, she argued with me & tried to make me feel stupid, when she didn't even know what she was talking about πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ After the last time, when I'm almost positive it was the same nurse, argued with me about what medicines I'm allergic to. Yes, she tried to tell me I was allergic to something that I'm not. And then tried to convince me one of the meds I take was for something it absolutely was not. I told the doctor after she left & told him how dangerous that was, if I wasn't knowledgeable, she could have done real damage telling me the wrong meds for allergic reactions, putting it in my chart, and trying to convince me about the use of a medicine for something it wasn't for... That could kill someone! I'll be finding another doctor next month when I'm allowed to switch PCPs. All this after last year this same office but different staff completely DESTROYED my bladder due to their incompetency, not following procedure for Foley removal, and improper (read WRONG!) directions for follow-up. Ended up in the ER draining over 2 LITRES of urine out in less than 2 mins & then continued to drain for a good 5 minutes. Had to empty the bag twice... Iykyk... Now my bladder is ruined, there's no urgency sensations, and at times no control...

Not sure why so many negative comments, I started as a patient here. So far I have had the my needs met. No issues getting appointments, thorough visits and treatment. I've seen Lori Doyle and Zach. Both visits were great.

I will start off and say I first read reviews when choosing my Dr here. Besides the phone line being difficult to get through (I've been lucky with 5mins to a definite over hour wait) However the Office staff, Nurses and (some) Dr's are kind, caring and attentive. I had a high-risk pregnancy and I have had a great experience with my level of care. Veronica here is so friendly and she seriously helped me out in the first trimester. The wait isn't that long, but I have waited about 30mins+ on the busy days at different times. Dr. Phan, PA Boone and Dr. Bigelow are really great. Things have progressively changed and not for the better. I know there are good people here who do enjoy helping people, however they're still lacking. There are great Nurses here but some really need to learn to handle themselves better. Speaking to me as if to shame me for missing appointments that I did attend, for what purpose other than to push blame? Instead of lack of care and our health care system Regardless of whatever you're going through have better bedside manners or just be better with patients. It takes a lot for me to be this negative because I've had positive experiences here, however it's so discouraging to have to feel the need to explain yourself while trying to get proper care.

First of all "Kim" you are a nurse there which should include you to hear me/ help me not tell me I'm not on your to do list!! Second there's no direct number to call to this office it's a call center that takes messages only... Third, I been calling two days now, left 5 messages and still no answer, reply or MY PAIN MEDS! WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS?!!! Not to mention you go in for a appointment you wait an hour in waiting room, another 1-2 in back in the actual room... This place needs to be shut down! πŸ˜€πŸ˜‘πŸ€¬πŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌ
