--- Subject: Feedback on Patient Caregiver Services To the Maxim Healthcare Services Team, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my experience as a client for the past month and a half. I chose your company after a previous 17-year relationship with another service ended due to terrible service. Unfortunately, so far, I have not found the experience with Maxim to be different. My primary concern is the consistent inability to secure a reliable caregiver for my daughter. I receive daily calls assuring me that someone is scheduled to come, but this repeatedly ends with no one arriving. This situation is exhausting and mirrors the disappointing attitude of my previous company. It is critical for my daughter's well-being to receive consistent and reliable care. I am giving the company two more months to demonstrate a permanent and reliable solution. My hope is that we can finally find the dedicated support my daughter needs. This company, wrongfully terminator employees for literally the wrong reason I filed a active lawsuit against them and I am taking them to court. They treat you like trash. Do not work for them. Go to any other company. Do not work for Maxim.

I'm in my younger thirties and I've been dealing with healthcare services for about 6 years now. This place isn't really bad but, at the same time I would not recommend them either. Then again, if you're reading this, "we are in Modesto".
