Do NOT use this company. They do not follow your express wishes or instructions regarding your care. Yes you can express these per California and Federal Law The Physical therapist Brandon Lopez is physically and mentally abusive to patients, does not follow doctor's orders, and falsifies patient records. When I asked to see what he had for an order in his system he became very rude, refused to (until I stated I'd call the Dr then he let me see it), became irrate when I pointed out what he was doing wasn't what the Dr ordered, etc He then falsified my medical records. I know what the doctor's orders were bc I had a copy from him so I was testing him and his company since I have nurse experience. I constantly let the office know yet they refuse to do anything about it. They still refuse to do anything about it DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They r being investigated by Ca and the Federal government!!!
