Priority one has been the best help with assisting my mothers needs.They are the best because they do everything with lots to love and care .Im so grateful for hospice services all the Nurses and staff are amazing. We are so grateful and blessed to have them in our lives.I have much love and respect for them. We are very happy with the care and service my dad was provided. Jay was amazing in assisting us with prescription refills on short notice. My dad was on hospice short term but the entire team made sure he always pain free. I am very grateful that they were able to make everything so much easier.

Priority One helped me care for my Aunt for over 4 years. They provided me with piece of mind by being prompt, professional and caring. Even after moving my Aunt into an assisted living, Lou still contacts me and asks how my Aunt is doing. I could not have kept my Aunt in her home for as long as I was able to without their help.

I usually do not write review unless it's exceptional. I have worked in the medical field for many years, and I write this review for Priority One since they are the best home health service. My mother is over 90 years old, and I called several home health agencies for her care. When I called Priority One and spoke to Ms. Lou, I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and her kindness; I know I found the right one. My mother's condition is quite complicated, Ms. Lou went extra miles and helped me to find the best care for my mother, she treats my mother like her own family member, and she is visiting her often and brings her gifts for holidays, my mother always loves to see her. The owner of this agency and other staff who care for my mother are all very nice and kind, they know what they doing, they take care of their patients and keep good communication with patients' family. I highly recommend Priority One for home health care and I actually referred this agency to my neighbor.
