I was always on & off the crutches till I started coming here. They were the first business to relieve me of my problems with pain and walking due to foot arthritis. These people truly know what they're doing and I am grateful..

Staff is nice but this place is not in order they never answer the phone, I’ve left messages for call back and I never get a call back. Had an appointment for 9am and it’s 10am now and I’m still sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to get here.

This place was horrible. Took them a month to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound and instead they gave me an x-ray. The front desk didn't have my follow-up information in their system and the doctor told me I had ran out of time and he had to go home already when I was discussing with him my symptoms and medications I should be on.

I’ve been going here for 4 yrs. I can give an honest review. Everyone’s experience is gonna be different but for me in the yrs I’ve been here I can say first off my Dr. Is Dr. Ho and I’ve never spoke with him it’s just random fill in Drs . The wait is always long I’m talking 1hr is average wait for me even with an appointment. Longest I’ve waited was 1 & 45mins . Once a “Dr” I’m guessing she was in training still cause I felt like she was practicing on me, I went in to get steroids in my knee and she did it wrong 2 days after I had to return my knee was so fat and couldn’t even bend, oh wait that was the first time I met Dr Ho cause he was the one who had to fix what she did and he was actually excellent but I never seen him again. Anyway now that covid hit I’ll say the plus side is that service is WAY faster . I can not give a 5 star for this place cause that would mean in my eyes there’s no room for improvement it’s the best RA office and nope to me no where near. But I continue going here cause it’s were my insurance referral sent me. So beggars can’t be choosers lol there is a Spanish speaking secretary and other languages though so shouldnt be hard to communicate they don’t straight speak Chinese they speak English so communicating isn’t a problem

Called in for an appointment just fine, I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. maybe they changed receptionists. There are receptionists that speak English, Spanish, and Chinese. Doctors are all Asian of some sort, if that matters to you. We signed in for my grandma and waited for less than half and hour. Doctor was very professional and knew how to speak to the older Asian folks which made the experience excellent.
