My 96 year old mom recently had some mobility issues and so was referred to Choice Home Health for physical therapy and occupational therapy. We couldn't be happier about the care she received! Stephanie the care coordinator was very professional and informative about what to expect and was easy to reach when we had questions. Ryan is a great physical therapist and taught us many valuable exercises to increase her strength. Also showed mom how to get out into her backyard using a walker. Ruby is a wonderful occupational therapist who helped us determine which equipment mom needed to safely shower and be more independent in her own home. She gave us such peace of mind! Kelly is a fabulous occupational therapy aide who taught us many fun core strengthening exercises and had lots of good advice. This is a well run company and we are so grateful for their help. Everyone always treated us with care and respect. Much appreciated!

Two incidents rate this Agency less than one star: 1. Caregiver was lined up to care for my husband one Saturday afternoon. No one showed up. No call, no nothing. 2. Second incident was when I ordered two caregivers for consecutive care. I gave a pillbox containing my husband’s meds to caregiver #1 with instructions verbally. She did not give any meds to my husband nor did she properly instruct caregiver #2 about the meds though I believe she gave the pillbox to her as caregiver had it when I arrived home. Caregiver #2 also had a pillbox which she apparently took from my bathroom. She called me while I was enroute home telling me she had two pillboxes and wanted to know which pills to give him. I told her to not give him any, very clearly stating not to do anything and that I would deal with it when I got home. Needless to say that between the two caregivers, My husband had none of his meds that day but rather a strong dose of mine which landed him in the hospital ER.

We've gotten care from CHH, Choice Home Health, on two extended occaisions, after a surgery and after a fall. Working with all of the caregivers, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, home health aides and administrators has always been a special, valued experience for both Mom and me. As Mom's full-time caregiver, it's very good to get professional help, even in brief measures. Mom has both times made a special bond with her physical and occupational therapists. The therapeutic exercises and training really help us even though as Mom ages it is sometimes evident that we can at best "tread water". Both Mom and I want to recognize Choice Home Health and their agents; we recommend their service without reservation. Thank you Bree, James, Ruby, Sheila, Margarita, Eileen, Julie, Heather, Aaron, Winston, Carol Lynn, Diana, Donna, Eva, Gracie, Jacklyn, Laura, Ruth and Tammy.

I’ve had Two house calls from Choice Home care this week. Both meetings have been very helpful and productive.. Brian is very knowledgeable and professional . I have had the opportunity of working with a variety of P T’s over the years and Brian is one of the best .
