I recently visited Montrose Medical Group for the first time after several years without a doctor. I was initially hesitant because the doctor looked quite young, but I was genuinely impressed by his knowledge and expertise. He took the time to listen and address all my concerns. The front office staff was also outstanding—friendly and eager to help. They made the check-in process seamless and even accommodated me before my scheduled appointment time, which was a first for me. Had my very first appointment with Montrose Medical Group and I had a GREAT experience. I went on a weekday morning so I was in and out within just 45minutes! Main reason why I HATE going to doctor’s offices is the ridiculous wait time (with my old PCP, I’d wait 3 hours and she’ll be in a rush and spend only 5mins with me). I also LOVE that they’re open 6 days a week! With Dr. Faisal, he took time to get to know me and then actively listened to my health concerns. He was taking notes to make sure he wouldn’t miss a thing. I love how he really communicates with the patients and involves the patients with the plan and not just handing out a prescription of medication or diagnostic tests. He makes sure that you’re comfortable with his plan. He was not in a rush so I was able to ask all my questions. We need more doctors like him. Respectful, genuine, friendly, and humble. The medical assistant Jennifer was also nice. She was helpful with answering all my questions and was quick to respond when I needed them to fix a minor thing on my prescription.
