My grandfather is getting great care from visiting angels! Not only are they kind to him but also very intentional with our whole family. Saying hi when they walk in and asking how we are doing. They work hard to complete tasks while being very nurturing at the same time! I will forever be grateful for their care! I also would like to mention that the communication prior to starting their services was exquisite. Everyone in the office listened to our needs and really did deliver!

When my dad came home on hospice, our family was facing one of the most tender and overwhelming seasons of our lives. We knew we needed caregiving support, but what we didn’t know was just how much peace and comfort the right team could bring. From the very first call, the care coordinators, Shannon and Evangi, moved with urgency, compassion, and genuine care. They quickly assembled a team of true “angels” who not only demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism, but also showed deep warmth, kindness, and respect for my dad and our entire family. Their caregivers have provided high-quality care while also offering something just as important: comfort, reassurance, and a sense that we are not alone in this journey. They engage with our family, bring calm into our home, and allow us to simply be present with my dad during this sacred time. I honestly don’t know how we would have navigated this without Visiting Angels. Sylvia has been a godsend for John and for me. She has been John's main caregiver for several months. She always puts John's care at the center of her visits: giving him bed baths, changing him, preparing creative and yummy snacks and meals, doing his wash, sweeping and mopping his floors, and constantly encouraging and supporting him when it comes to taking meds and exercising his legs. Sylvia is a very hard worker and both John and I appreciate her greatly. He has said several times that he really likes her and her care. We will miss her greatly as John moves into an assisted living facility. I would also like to give Procelo a shout out. He has had a great relationship with John, using humor to cajole John into taking meds, exercising, and getting out of bed. Thank you to the staff at Visiting Angels. They have always been gracious and helpful, especially when I have had to adjust John's schedule. Shannon has been an excellent communicator, getting back to me in a timely matter and helping us in every possible way She could.

Visiting Angels has been amazing part of my mom car. They are supportive and helpful. Kuuipo P. is amazing and treat her clients with love and care. She is patience and willingness to learn her client needs and make adjustments. I would highly recommend Kuuipo as caregiver.

Due to health issues, my brother was in a position to need some assistance a few days each week. When I contacted Visiting Angels--Murrieta, their director, Greg, met with me personally at my brother's apartment to discuss his situation and individual needs. Greg immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence that Visiting Angels would be of great benefit and he was correct. The Angels were very kind and flexible to my brother's needs and they quickly helped him to get "back on his feet." Currently, my brother is back on his own and knowing that if he needs assistance again in the future, the Angels will be there for him. Thank you sincerely to Greg and his Visiting Angels--Murrieta team. Very highly recommend.
