My therapist CJ was excellent, and lived up to his stated belief that PTs should be a "community resource." He did not treat me with a "one-size-fits-all" approach, but was clinically observant and individualized treatment to my specific needs. He went beyond simply providing exercises to watching carefully how I performed them, correcting me along the way. In addition, he provided muscle massage and stretching techniques when needed. He gave me solid advice, extensive body function explanations, and suggestions for continued healing and improvement in my walking post hip surgery (after 2 hip surgeries complicated by leg length discrepancy and knee arthritis). I appreciate his knowledge, compassion and encouragement to improve my overall body health.
