Their compassionate and professional team made a difficult time more bearable for our family, ensuring she had a peaceful and dignified farewell. Illuminate hospice is mostly focus in patient’s care and needs. Treats patient as family. They took care of my Aunt with utmost care and respect. The nurses and staff are so involved in the care specially in this trying times. They stand as the beacon when everything is like a haze and grief for everyone in our family.

I can't thank this hospice enough for all the work they did for my mom. They were always available, I never had to wait for my question or concern answered. We switched to illuminate from another agency and saw the difference between the different agencies. I can't thank them enough

The owner and RN Natalie Hagopian of Illuminate also ran Pleasantville Hospice, which is now defunct. She sent her sister to yell at my mom for using, in their option, too much Kleenex for her deviated septum! Yelling at an elder is considered abuse. Promised supplies were also not forthcoming. Promises to reimburse us for supplies we had to purchase ourselves never happened. Promises to provide physical therapy and other services were not forthcoming. Natalie lied to the Department of Social Services about the stage of my mom's pressure sores, kidney stones and low sodium diet. Natalie texted incorrect suggestions to us about donut cushions that would alleviate/help heal my mom's pain from the pressure sores (donut cushions make them worse!). I would not recommend ANY hospice she owns or operates.
