They were rough with my mother, she had bruises and lost weight here. I saw them drop her. And the staff hates when the family stays treat them gently. We would've done better at home. My mother died after getting treatment here.

Unfortunately this place has been an unfit place for my loved one. The patient care and neglect is unbelievable from the front line caregivers. There is no patient care, no urgency to respond to patient needs. My loved one is an extreme vulnerable state and this place has demonstrated that the personal is unfit, with constant delay to respond when my loved one is noted to be in crisis. The nurses and care takers are not compassionate, and don”t provide adequate patient care. They lack integrity and empathy for patients and families. My loved one is always found neglected, or in crisis, with ventilator alarming and no personal around. We were recently told by a nurse that her job was not to suction orally or the tracheostomy that is was the respiratory therapist job!! So what is their Job description as NURSES???? . Complains are brought to their attention and nothing has been addressed. It’s a constant stress and worry having our loved one there. Always wondering what is next? The personal is rude, dismissive, hostile, disrespectful and unprofessional. The employees are boisterous and unprofessional, talk down to families without empathy with the intend to humiliate and belittle, disregarding what families are going through seeing their loved ones in their most vulnerable moments. It’s a disgrace to know as a Registered Nurse myself that there are people working with nursing licenses providing this kind of care and treatment to vulnerable patients and their families 😔

Have my brother here for a brain injury. As soon as he came to this place he started going down hill . Doctor is never here . And when he finally says he’s going to show up , he won’t last min. They finally did something about the swelling in his head because we threatened to actually do something about it . Turns out we were right and he does in fact need to undergo surgery again. Today I’ve had my last straw . He pooped on himself earlier around 12 noon . It’s 6:20 and still hasn’t been changed. It’s unbelievable. Some staff are amazing but it’s few . And they are also clearly understaffed. Don’t bring your loved one here .

Update: 9/12/2016 We were finally able to get our son out of this place. I truly do not understand how this facility got rated 'Best' in California. Our son was a 'Brain Injury' patient, from the time he was admitted in April to the latter part of July, no CAT scan had been done, or ordered to check the status of his brain. He was kept on a trachea that he didn't need, he was also kept on a feeding tube and his 'range of motion' therapy was clearly non existent due to the fact that he regressed horribly in his ability to move his extremities. What the hell is wrong with these people? Thank goodness they had to take him to the Children's Hospital in Los Angeles for an appointment because he was always vomiting up his food, and there they ran a multitude of tests and found several things going on and admitted him. When we contacted them, we asked that they not send him back to All Saints, but that they keep him there and we would look into transport to the Children's Hospital in St.Louis, Mo. With the help of several people and organizations, we were able to get the transport completed. Once at the Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. , several teams of doctors and specialists thoroughly examined him and organized actions that needed to be taken and completed. They explained that he had aneurisms in brain and neck and that clearly no physical therapy had been done by All Saints due to the fact that his arms, hands, legs and feet were extremely atrophied. Our son now finally has the care he needs, teams of doctors, therapist's and specialists. Extensive therapy is being done 3 times a day, including weekends, to reverse the atrophy from the lack of care. He has made leaps and bounds of progress and is on his way to a miraculous recovery and he is HAPPY. He no longer has a trachea or a feeding tube. But if he had stayed at all saints, he would still be laid up, atrophied , on a feeding tube and trachea, and completely unhappy and with no optimism of recovering. Let me be plain and clear and to the point. ...If you want the best care and chances for your child, ***DO NOT take them or keep them at this facility*** Let me start by saying, the staff here are absolutely amazing. very attentive to patient and family, however, the reason for FOUR STARS in stead of FIVE, is the Social services department. The assigned social worker, wont mention her name but she knows who she is, never responds to phone calls, never returns calls, and is ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE when the family asks to speak with her. Seemingly very lazy and never eager to help get our son transferred closer to his family, which is where he needs to be, WITH HIS FAMILY. Almost like she is trying to keep him there. Our son clearly wants to be home with his Mother and rest of family. This Social worker clearly should have pursued a different major in college because her personality is not suited for Sociology or any type of social service at all. After traveling from MISSOURI to CALIFORNIA to visit our son in All Saints Hospital, spending over a week in a hotel, and then getting ready to return home, we then found out that we could have been "trained" on the care for our son and had him medically transported back to our home town to be closer to us. UNBELIEVABLE!! This social worker has no ambition and is definitely not forthcoming with any information what so ever!! So we have decided to take matters into his own hands and look into all options, including LEGAL, to get our son out of there and home where he belongs. Dont get me wrong, this is a wonderful place as far as the CARE is concerned, just hope & pray you don't get assigned this social worker!!

My dad has only been there a short while, but the staff seems caring and people come with a guitar to play music and sing. So far everyone is friendly...but I just hope my dad comes home soon and they are a pleasant memory.
