I recently had to change my primary care doctor and was assigned this medical group. I can not express what a horrible experience it was. I had an appointment at 11:40 and arrived at 11:15, so I could fill out any paperwork needed. I notified them that I needed to be back to work by 1pm. I waited in the front reception area for about 30 min with approx 20 other people. The office is old and filthy looking. Then i was taken back, weighed and BP taken and then was told to wait in a hallway. The chair I sat in smelled like urine and there were people lined up everywhere. People sitting in halls and an additional waiting area fully packed. I waited another 30 min. At this point I had been there for over an hour. So I told the receptionist, I needed to leave soon. She told me I would be next. I kept waiting and now it was 12:50. I told her I couldnt wait any longer and left. So I wasted $35 co-pay and 2 hours of my time for NOTHING. Never saw a doctor and will not be returning to this gross, dirty, packed revolving door practice that looked like a 3rd world make shift doctors office. I will not go back here again and would avoid this place unless you have no other options. YUK!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is a complete disaster. They’ll happily throw random medications at you that you don’t need, but when you’re genuinely sick, they’re nowhere to be found. Appointments? Good luck — maybe they’ll squeeze you in sometime next year. Referrals take ages, and they make you chase them like it’s your job. The front-desk staff is rude, dismissive, and acts like answering a phone call is beneath them. There’s zero compassion or professionalism anywhere in this place. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone — honestly, a vet’s office shows more care and respect for their patients. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!!!!

It's not just a comfortable feeling of having someone who knows your medical history and can point out the problems and find the solutions... It's sometimes the unforeseen benefits such as seeing an visiting associate who has never seen me before, but agreed to look at the problem I was having with my leg. The doctors at the emergency room and at Urgent care could not figure out what was wrong. This visiting associate to my clinic here took one look and knew exactly what it was and saved my leg. Don't ask me were my loyalty stands because my loyalty stands by the side of people who have knowledge and use it to benefit other people instead of lining their bank accounts with as much money as they can at the patient's expense.

If you have an option avoid this place to save yourself heartache. Dr Chen turned me away to review blood work after the office made a mistake on a 15 minute difference in appointment times. Very unprofessional and the Dr seems to always be in a rush at the patients expense. If the Dr is in a rush I feel he will not take the time to address patients accordingly.Better off taking the extra effort and finding another office.

I haven't been to Dr. Koshak's office for 2 years, but today I made an appointment to see another doctor (or P.A.?) there because he is not available as often (looking forward to retirement? You deserve it, Sir!) I only left because a new clinic opened literally around the corner from where I live. Actually, my doctor there was pretty awesome, but my visits there are taking 2 hours, with about 5 minutes actually spent talking to the doctor, so buh-bye. When I made my appointment at Noble Community, the ladies were kind and professional. Maybe it's because I've been on the other side of that desk, so I know about the pressure of a busy environment. Remember folks...it's not all about YOU. It's not their fault that your insurance expired or you had an "emergency" trip outside the country. I know Dr. Koshak, and unless the patient had been lax about wellness visits, he would not refuse a refill on vital medications...at least not in my experience. I also remember when there was construction adjacent to the building, but there were directions. I'm with the gal at the office....follow the signs! Why do some of you seem so entitled? This is pretty much as good it gets in a decent little pocket of North Hollywood. At least it's not in a strip center, next door to a liquor store. LOL Look at me....I went away for 2 years, but I'm back. That must say something. Peace & Love.
