So disappointed with my experience. These people aren’t aware of what’s going on in their own office. I was told my mothers therapy authorization request was being sent out 2 weeks ago, and today I call and they have no clue what I am talking about nor have made any request. Here I am thinking my mother’s paperwork had been processed to start her therapy. Now they’re telling me to follow up with the surgeon, when they are the ones who messed up and never submitted anything. Such a terrible experience.
