I’ve been coming here for a few years, and the front desk staff and nurses are always helpful and very kind. For the most part, the practitioners are very friendly as well, but there needs to be something done about the service provided and communication issues. Two years ago I began struggling with back pain and was misdiagnosed here by an older doctor,(forgot his name) with “muscle pain” and not taken serious when I believed it was something more. I followed up with the ER about a month or two later and was diagnosed with a fracture in my lower back. After following up with my primary physician, we worked with physical therapy and over the counter pain killers, but to no avail. Unfortunately, I had to get my own treatment through a different source where I fixed 90% of my back pain in seven weeks where this practice was unable to for two years. Additionally, throughout the whole process, any referrals or mail I was supposed to receive for lab work/results were never delivered to my home. After constantly attempting to get them resent, nothing ever arrived. However, this is not even the main reason for today’s review. Last month I had an appointment scheduled three weeks in advance with one of the practitioners which I had to request time off for because I have work. However, I received a text message saying that my appointment was rescheduled for 2pm the day of. I called to see what was going on and apparently my practitioner had a meeting that conflicted with my appointment. I spoke with Rafael over the phone and he was very kind, but unfortunately we were unable to come to a resolution because the new time conflicted with my schedule. I then asked to reschedule, but unfortunately they didn’t have anything else for the next 3 weeks. I believe this was the last straw for me, I wanted to discuss some very important things with my doctor, but unfortunately I had to pay the consequences for a mishap on the other end. I think it’s very unprofessional to change the appointment of a patient who had to request time off and set the day aside to meet with their doctor. I don’t see myself coming to this office again, but I do wish well for the kind staff here.

I had a wonderful experience at CCHC North Hollywood. The staff at the front desk was warm, efficient, and helped me get checked in quickly. My doctor took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable. It's rare to find a clinic where you feel genuinely cared for, but CCHC is definitely one of those places. Highly recommend!

I visited CCHC North Hollywood with my kids this week, and we were all genuinely impressed. The moment we walked in, we saw the beautiful Christmas tree and the festive decorations — the whole clinic feels warm, cheerful, and full of holiday spirit. My children were so excited and kept pointing out all the little details. It made the visit feel so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us. The front desk staff deserves a special mention — they were professional, friendly, and incredibly patient. They greeted us with smiles and helped us get checked in quickly, even with two curious kids asking questions. The whole experience was positive and comforting. It’s truly a clinic that gives you good emotions from the moment you enter. Highly recommended for families!

I visited CCHC North Hollywood with my newborn, and I was very pleased with the experience. The clinic feels calm, clean, and welcoming — exactly what you need when coming in with a baby. The front desk staff was professional, patient, and very kind, making check-in quick and stress-free. Our pediatrician was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to answer all my questions. Overall, a great environment for new moms and their little ones. Highly recommend.
