The worst place ever i do an appointment for blood test in which I have to take a pill and have to be done by 9 am they give me appointment at 8:45 and wen a get there was close. No call ,no massage nothing!!! The worst!!!!!

Came in for a drug test for work- staff were incredibly unfriendly. Definitely would go to a different location. The process took forever, the entire time someones kid was running around the office as the staff tried to explain to someone for whom English was not a first language that this wasn’t Quest Diagnostics.

It was my first time here, I went online and the hours said they closed at 12 noon, do I rushed over as it is my only day available to do my drug screening foe my new job. The older lady at the front was very rude. I mentioned her what I read and she tells me I can go to Mission Hills, which is completely out of the way and traffic is a nightmare. She told me to come back between 1-3 but that there is no availability. The form I received from the place that sent me here, said no appointment was needed. I mentioned that to her and that it does not show on the website and she laughed at me. She sarcastically says, that is not the website, that is google. This is my first time walking in here and people should take that into consideration and maybe act more professional and not be so rude.
