The response time and communication is extremely poor, very similar to the previous from Noel. Take a moment to read it as well. I was told that they are understaffed, short on PT and OT and will be in the near future. Meanwhile my referrals are lasping and set to expire because of my Case Managers unprofessional neglect to notify me directly. I recommend not considering this provider, your recovery with proper communication is extremely important, apparently this provider does not think so. Thanks to CM Roxanne and staff members I post this message I told them I would if I didn't receive a return phone call regarding this and previous matters. Sincerely a disappointed cervical mylopathy stenosis fusion patient that needed the ongoing care.

My wife needed services right after her release from the hospital and they sat on her referral and caused it to expire and my wife didn’t get the full amount of sessions she required and after they directed us to return to our Dr. For another referral and they’ll Perform the service. I did what i was told and My Wife’s Dr. submitted the referral for more therapies: OT, PT and Speech and the insurance approved 12 sessions of each only to be told that they can’t start until they get the Dr. Order and that’s not what they told me to do before hand and now it’s back on me to contact my wife’s Dr. and the while she’s not receiving her needed treatment!! This company doesn’t care about it’s clients! They are not honest and they play games!!
