this is the worst place ever we singed up for a care giver multiple visits just to get started and after all that paper work they still took long to get us one to get us one and then let me tell you if you have a job and need to get to work and have your elderly mom, dad or grandma that cant move around or cant cook for them self OMG its the worst!!! when they DONT CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THEY CANT MAKE IT THIS HAPPEND MULTIPEL TIMES PLEASE BE AWERE I WOULDNT REFER ANYONE TO ANY OF THESES "WELBEHEALTH" PLACES if anything happens to my grand mother I'm calling my lawyer....

Welbe is by far the best decision I have ever made for health. Not only the doctor's but the drivers, nurses, specialist and the care providers who lead over the day-center clients. It is a wonderful place for " mature" persons.

Wow where do I start... I'll start with the most recent situation. Welbe Health Transportation refuse to transport my husband yesterday because the driver Juan and his supervisor said his wheelchair was not compatible even though the transported him 3 times in this chair. I am a Paratransit driver by traid and I know from experience that his wheelchair is 100% compatible. The driver Juan left my husband sitting in the hot sun at over 100° taking photos and talking to his supervisor. I have filed countless grievance over the year and I might sharing those with you to.......... UPDATE!!!! I have planned a vacation for several months now & have given welbe health ample time ( more than two months) to prepare for my husband's care (who is in a hospital bed) in my absence at home. I don't think they want to pay for him to be at a facility, and they have FAILED to coordinate care for him at home 6 days prior to my trip. I cannot express the level of anxiety and mistrust I have with Nancy and Welbe who was supposed to coordinate all of this from the beginning. This is not the only time that she has failed to communicate with me regarding my husband's care. I know this company has great potential base based off of what we seen at the Pasadena location. However in North Hollywood they have proven to us time and time again that communicating with us on most issues is not important to them or her. I have to go above pay grade to get an answer and to get things moving into action which is a headache, unnecessary, and very unprofessional. If you have a loved one who needs basic care this may be the place for you but for someone who has a loved one with severe and several health issues and or being in a hospital bed you might want to reconsider. However because they do provide home care and other care at home we are need to stay with welbe health. We really really do love every nurse and doctor and physical therapist that we've worked with but they desperately need to take care of business in a timely manner with proper communication.
