Service made no effort to contact a second number to schedule time resulting in missed appointments. Did not follow doctors instructions as they evolved. Stopped service without informing patient or doctor. Patient only found out when calling to confirm supplies which they often did not have. This gave us no time to find an alternative to critical wound care service.

I know why you are here. Probably getting some of the worst news in your life and now you're scrambling like we were to find that highest rated hospice online. You can stop looking because you found them. We went through more than 15 companies, calling and interviewing, testing customer service and just trying to find the best for my dad who was coming home on hospice. It's been a few days since he's passed now but I want YOU reading this to know that my family could not be happier with the nursing staff, doctors, phone staff, and everyone involved in the process. We are extremely picky and have ridiculously high standards and we're just wonderfully blessed to have hired Hollywood Home Health & Hospice. The care and humanity we so desperately needed these last few weeks was incredible. Less than an hour after my dad's passing the first bouquet that arrived was sent from the team. The care was so authentic and needed, and we are so grateful.
