Biggest waste of time, does he even have a degree??? He told me to look up my pain problems on google and I will get more information there gave me a paper of stretches to do barely let me finish a sentence and then threw a tins unit on my back and that was that…….

This place is ok. My daughter feels comfortable and that’s important to me. I just don’t like that is in the second floor because my daughter’s ankle hurts so walking is painful for her.

I regretted extending my mom's sessions at this place. The office is full of unprofessional and gossipy staff (with the exception of Liberty who's been so helpful and patient in helping my mom recover); the main physical therapist whom we consulted with babbled and rambled nonsense and was condenscending and offensive; tv in the waiting room is always in full blast; guests/patients in waiting room with their cell phones in full blast yet no one from the reception area ever told them off despite a no-cell-phone notice posted in the room.

Customer service? Where? I knew it was bad when the male receptionist was rude as I was scheduling my first appointment. Hoped it was a bad day, but I guess all days are bad days for him because he’s always exceptionally demeaning. And that’s a guarantee. The place is disorganized. Only one Asian PT nurse really runs the place while everyone sits around doing nothing. They tell you to ring the bell if the EMS machine hurts too much. I rang that bell 20+ times before I was met with that short tempered male receptionist. I could even see a young nurse blatantly ignore my bell ringing from the open door. The head doctor tried to gaslight me by telling me it’s supposed to hurt but I had EMS treatments there before that were intense but never hurt. Talk about customer care! They hardly know her there. If you get referred here, stay away! You’re better off somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I'm so upset about this place that I cannot even begin to write this review. Unfortunately Google doesn't have the option for "0" starts for this awful place. I'm even having trouble understanding how a place like this exist in the US. This place and its service is the typical of MO of places in Bangladesh, Kabul or the worsts third world countries. On the first appointment, it took for me to call them 4 times and each time I was put on hold for 10 minutes each time. After I finally got to talk to someone (very rude BTW) I was given an appointment 20 days away. That appointment didn't go so bad just for the mere fact that the therapist was a 40 year experience therapist because if it was for the rude receptionist that would have been a sour experience as well. Here is the worst part. I was given my second appointment for a Saturday 11:30 AM. I showed up on time just to find out that the same rude receptionist that I interacted with the first time, gave me the appointment card but failed to record the appointment on the appointments book. Not only that, but my chart could not even be found so that they could confirm in fact that I have an appointment or to see what my problem and treatment was. I asked for my referral so that I could make an appointment at another medical facility but they said "the referral is in your chart and we can't find it". At that point I have to leave before I had to do something stupid at that place. Do not schedule any PT at this place. Thrust me it is not worth it even a consideration to be treated at this horrendous place.
